




Job Summary: Supervise customer service and execution of food and beverage services, coordinate the dining room, monitor operational routines, and ensure customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervise food and beverage services to ensure customer satisfaction. 2. Coordinate the dining room and customer service flow. 3. Organize and direct buffet and à la carte services. Supervise food and beverage service delivery in bars and restaurants to ensure customer satisfaction. Plan and monitor operational routines in bars and restaurants; Coordinate the dining room and supervise customer service flow to ensure timely service; Inspect the quality and presentation of products served to customers; Verify the setup and organization of bars and restaurants; Organize and direct buffet, à la carte, and other services; Recommend optimal food and beverage selections to each customer and respond to inquiries; Supervise restaurant and bar closing activities and verify cleanliness; Monitor service stations (sideboards) and the general customer buffet area, ensuring cleanliness and proper maintenance; Submit food and beverage requisitions to the warehouse according to departmental needs; Prepare staff work schedules based on occupancy levels and departmental requirements; Develop and conduct routine training sessions; Assist in developing operational procedures;
