**Requirements:** * High school diploma * Technical training (completed or in progress) **or** proven experience in electrostatic powder coating or related fields * Experience with continuous line painting or manual booths – **desirable** * Knowledge of metal surface preparation, paint application and curing * Familiarity with safety regulations, PPE, ventilation and handling of chemicals * Ability to read and interpret painting instructions (technical sheets or production orders) **Responsibilities:** * Perform part preparation and cleaning for painting (removal of oil, dust or rust) * Carry out electrostatic powder coating on metal surfaces, ensuring uniform coverage * Operate paint booth and auxiliary equipment (spray guns, hooks, hangers, conveyors) * Monitor curing process in oven according to technical specifications * Conduct visual inspection and measurement of paint film thickness * Maintain organization and cleanliness of painting area and booth * Work in compliance with safety and quality standards **Desired competencies:** * Attention to detail * Responsibility towards processes and quality standards * Proactivity and good interpersonal skills * Commitment to workplace safety **Must reside near the Prazeres neighborhood, Jaboatão dos Guararapes.** Job type: Full-time CLT Pay: R$2\.185,00 \- R$2\.300,00 per month Benefits: * Partnerships and commercial discounts * Transportation allowance Selection question(s): * Experience with continuous line painting or manual booths? * Knowledge of metal surface preparation, paint application and curing? * Ability to read and interpret painting instructions (technical sheets or production orders)? * How many years of experience do you have in Electrostatic Powder Coating?
