**We are looking for...**
A **Junior or Mid-level Accounting Analyst** to join our Accounting BPO team. This professional will perform daily accounting tasks, focusing on journal entries, reconciliations, financial closings, and financial statement preparation—ensuring quality, compliance, and support for client requirements.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Perform daily accounting routines, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and analysis of balance sheet and income statement accounts;
* Prepare and review financial statements;
* Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closings, ensuring deadlines and information quality;
* Address client requests, including those from overseas headquarters;
* Support internal audits and controls;
* Participate in process improvement and accounting standardization projects.
**Requirements:**
* Degree in Accounting Sciences;
* Prior experience in accounting routines, reconciliations, and monthly closings;
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel — preferred;
* Knowledge of Sage and Microsoft Dynamics systems — preferred;
* Analytical, organized profile with strong communication skills;
* Intermediate/advanced English proficiency is considered a plus.
