Job Summary: Professional responsible for conducting sanitary inspections, monitoring hygiene and integrity of slaughter lines, and overseeing animal welfare. Key Highlights: 1. Animal welfare monitoring **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Rotating shift, 44 hours per week **Level:** Not specified **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT * Conduct ante-mortem and post-mortem inspections according to SISE/SIF/SISBI instructions; * Monitor hygiene and integrity of slaughter lines; * Record non-conformities and guide immediate correction with operators; * Monitor animal welfare from arrival through bleeding; * Control temperature, pH, appearance, bruises, and quality parameters; * Complete reports, checklists, and operational spreadsheets. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Basic computer skills; * Prior experience in this role is a plus; * Flexible availability. **Work Location:** Chacaras Neighborhood (Av.
