Maintenance of updated inventory and an organized workplace **The Warehouse Assistant** supports the mechanical workshop's warehouse operations, responsible for organizing, controlling, and distributing parts, tools, and materials used in truck maintenance. Works collaboratively with mechanics and other departments to ensure items are available promptly, accurately, and safely. Therefore, strong organizational skills, agility, attention to detail, and basic mechanical knowledge are essential. Main Responsibilities: * Receive, inspect, and store parts, tools, and materials used in the workshop. * Control the inflow and outflow of warehouse items, maintaining up-to-date inventory records. * Pick and deliver requested parts to mechanics for service execution. * Monitor and report on the need to replenish missing items or parts. * Conduct periodic inventory counts and assist in the physical organization of stock. * Accurately identify and label materials to facilitate location and traceability. * Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in accordance with workshop standards. * Support tool management by verifying usage, return, and condition. * Report irregularities or damages to parts, tools, or materials to supervision.
