We base ourselves on the power of simplicity to connect people pursuing a shared goal. **Grow with Vyas!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Update the occupation spreadsheet extracted from the system (Promax), indicating products with the highest pallet occupation in the warehouse, and inform the warehouse, finance, and sales teams about their status. * Update the pull-loading spreadsheet, informing the warehouse team about the number of trailers loaded and the estimated arrival time of trailers. * Through the BEES system, mark orders as due on D+2, enabling resellers to place orders in the system for loading. * Using BI data, update the stock-unavailability spreadsheets, indicating products in transit, approved, or awaiting unloading. * Schedule trailers for factory loading via Track and Trace, entering order details, license plate numbers, and scheduled times. * Ensure all activities comply with established policies, standards, and procedures. * Interact with other departments across group companies to ensure achievement of corporate objectives and targets. * Perform other related and inherent professional duties as directed or requested by the immediate supervisor. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education / currently pursuing higher education; * 1–2 years of experience; * Flexible availability regarding working hours; * Strong communication skills; * Valid driver’s license (Category A/B). **Additional Information** * Meal Allowance; * Health Insurance; * Life Insurance; * SESC MT Partnership; * Emotional Health and Well-being Program (CARE); * Driver’s License-Friendly Benefits; * Discounts with partner companies. **Who Are We?** ***Our specialty is bridging distances***—we bring you one of the world’s largest beverage brands, Ambev, through our **resellers**, **logistics partnerships**, and **franchised stores**.
