**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Update the occupancy spreadsheet extracted from the system (Promax), indicating products with highest pallet occupancy in the warehouse, and inform the warehouse, finance, and sales teams about their status.
* Update the pull-loading spreadsheet, informing the warehouse team about the number of trailers loaded and the estimated arrival time of trailers.
* Through the BEES system, mark orders for D\+2, enabling distributors to place orders in the system for loading.
* Using BI data, update the unavailability spreadsheets, indicating products in transit, approved, or awaiting unloading.
* Schedule trailers for factory loading via Track and Trace, entering order details, license plate, and timing.
* Ensure activities are performed in accordance with established policies, standards, and procedures.
* Interact with other departments across group companies to ensure achievement of corporate goals and targets.
* Perform other related and inherent professional duties as directed or requested by the immediate supervisor.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Completed high school / currently enrolled in higher education;
* 1–2 years of experience;
* Flexible availability for work hours;
* Strong communication skills;
* Valid driver’s license (Category A/B).
