Budgetary analysis and process optimization Manage operational activities and analytical control of facilities contracts, conducting technical audits, performance analysis (SLAs/KPIs), budget management, supplier alignment, and implementation of improvements to ensure contractual compliance, operational efficiency, and service quality. **Responsibilities and Duties** Oversee execution of facilities contracts by performing technical verifications of scope, headcount, routines, and quality to ensure contractual adherence and mitigate operational risks; Monitor supplier SLAs and KPIs, consolidating data, analyzing trends, and conducting periodic evaluations to ensure efficiency and continuous performance improvement; Administer contractual deadlines, adjustments, addendums, and renewal processes using critical analysis and structured recordkeeping to ensure service continuity and regularity; Conduct facilities budgetary analyses, comparing actual vs. budgeted figures and evaluating variances to support financial forecasting and expense control; Lead supplier alignment meetings, presenting deviations, negotiating adjustments, and tracking action plans to promote continuous improvement of contracted services; Monitor and update chartered transportation schedules, analyzing routes, timetables, and occupancy rates to optimize logistical resources and efficiency; Conduct field technical inspections, evaluating service execution and documenting compliance to ensure quality and safety standards; Develop performance dashboards and reports, consolidating indicators and comparative analyses to support administrative management decisions; Support internal and external audits by assessing practices, identifying deviations, and proposing corrective actions to ensure compliance and operational conformity; Propose operational improvements and standardizations by evaluating bottlenecks and opportunities to enhance facilities process efficiency; Perform job duties in full compliance with the organization’s occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations, consistently using all mandatory personal protective equipment (PPE) required for the position and department; promptly report to immediate supervisor any activity posing a risk to one’s own health or that of colleagues; Carry out duties in alignment with the company’s values, policies, guidelines, procedures, and processes, always focusing on organizational goals while maintaining confidentiality and protecting company information; Maintain discipline in the 5S program, aiming for safe work through workplace organization, standardization, and cleanliness; Safeguard company assets under one’s responsibility and immediately report to the immediate supervisor any issues or damages identified. **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree completed in Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or related fields; Prior experience in the field is desirable; **Additional Information** Profit-sharing program (PPR); Health insurance; Dental insurance; Meal allowance; Life insurance; On-site meals; Chartered transportation; Wellhub; Orienteme; Galena.
