An agribusiness company is seeking a Human Resources Department Analyst in Sinop.
**Responsibilities:**
Execute onboarding, offboarding, and employee movement procedures. Process payroll, social charges, and labor obligations. Verify and calculate vacation pay, severance payments, 13th salary, and other labor entitlements. Ensure compliance with ancillary obligations (eSocial, DCTFWeb, FGTS, RAIS, DIRF, etc.). Monitor and manage electronic timekeeping and banked hours. Support employees and managers by clarifying labor-related questions. Ensure compliance with current labor and social security legislation. Support internal and external audits by providing documentation and reports. Participate in HR process improvements and automation.
Previous experience as a Human Resources Specialist, Human Resources Analyst, Personnel Coordinator, or HR Department Consultant may indicate suitability for some of the activities in this position.
Bachelor's degree required. Relevant experience required.
