Manage the sales pipeline with a results-oriented focus, building long-lasting relationships and offering customized solutions. **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES** 1. Prospect and qualify new customers through various sources (leads, social media, events, etc.); 2. Present and demonstrate products and services consultatively, adapting to customer needs; 3. Negotiate and close contracts, ensuring customer retention and satisfaction; 4. Use CRM tools and dashboards to record, monitor, and analyze sales performance; 5. Continuously update customer information in systems and platforms; 6. Participate in training sessions and events to enhance knowledge of products, sales techniques, and market trends; 7. Contribute suggestions to optimize processes and achieve team goals; 8. Develop and maintain an active pipeline of potential and existing customers; 9. Share relevant customer and market information with the internal sales team. Requirements and Qualifications * Consultative Sales Techniques; * Contract Negotiation and Closing; * Sales Pipeline and Funnel Management; * Analysis of Commercial Metrics; * Reading of construction projects (preferred); * High school diploma; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
