




**Responsibilities:** Perform diagnosis, corrective maintenance, and preventive maintenance on computers and laptops. Replace and install hardware components (memory, HDD/SSD, displays, keyboards, circuit boards, etc.). Format, configure, and install Windows operating systems and corporate tools. Provide on-site user support for IT incidents related to hardware and software. Ensure equipment integrity and compliance with safety standards. **Requirements and Qualifications:** Proven experience as a Support Technician, IT Technician, or similar role. Solid knowledge of computer and laptop hardware. Must possess a mobile phone and personal vehicle for field travel. Knowledge of infrastructure and microcomputing; Minimum Education Level: Technical Course Driver's License: Class B, Class A Personal Vehicle Willingness to travel
