Join us and become part of a team that celebrates individuality and mutual respect. **Responsibilities and duties** * Coordinate after-sales activities, ensuring deadlines, quality, and goals are met; * Manage technical team, assigning tasks according to complexity and deadlines; * Monitor productivity, rework, and customer satisfaction indicators; * Support commercial coordination in after-sales campaigns and customer relationship; * Ensure compliance with Transrio and manufacturer policies. **Requirements and qualifications** * Over 18 years old; * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Administration, Automotive Management, or related fields; * Proven experience in the role of coordinator, supervisor, or workshop leader in commercial vehicle dealerships (trucks and buses); * Experience managing technical teams (mechanics, service advisors, and car washers); * Experience in customer service and monitoring performance indicators (repair time, productivity, rework, customer satisfaction, etc.); * Proficiency in Office Suite, experience with dealership management systems; * Must have easy access to the SINOP/MT region. **Additional information** **PEOPLE ARE OUR BUSINESS AND THAT’S WHY WE VALUE OUR EMPLOYEES IN VARIOUS WAYS!** The traditional benefits you already know, we also offer.
