Work Schedule Position of trust regime; exempt from working hour control; flexible working hours. Initial Remuneration Remuneration according to the category's wage table/minimum wage \+ 40% additional allowance for position of trust \+ Performance-based bonuses and campaigns, variable per internal criteria (non-salary nature) Job Mission Supervises operations across multiple units, ensuring process standardization, compliance with sanitary regulations, achievement of operational targets, and alignment between stores and central management. Main Responsibilities Supervise operational routines of units under your responsibility Verify compliance with processes, sanitary regulations, and network standards Support unit managers in resolving operational issues Monitor stock-out indicators, inventory levels, and stocktaking Conduct periodic visits to units with structured reporting Identify training needs and refer them to HR Ensure implementation of marketing campaigns and commercial initiatives in stores Verify layout adequacy, pricing, and product display Oversee store opening and closing procedures ✅ What We Expect From You (Job Requirements) We are seeking an Operations Supervisor to ensure excellence and standardization across our multiple units while maintaining alignment between stores and central management. If you have retail management experience and knowledge of sanitary regulations, join our team. Preferred Qualifications **Desirable experience:** Minimum of 3 years in store operations / operational supervision, with a proven track record of achieving results and developing high-performing teams. (desirable) **Mandatory experience:** Minimum of 2 years in store operations / operational supervision leadership roles, preferably in the pharmaceutical or retail sector (minimum requirement).
