Ensure product quality and safety **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Rotating shift \- Flexible availability **Level:** Not specified **Employment Type:** Permanent — CLT * Monitor production line processes and equipment to support management and industrial production activities, complying with technical standards and procedures regarding quality, safety, hygiene, and occupational health. * Operate factory machinery and equipment. * Record production data according to line and product specifications. * Assess production line needs and priorities to schedule preventive and corrective maintenance. * Monitor achievement of established targets; encourage sharing of ideas and suggestions within the area. * Perform periodic cleaning of machinery and equipment during operation and during product changeovers; ensure materials used match the production line requirements. * Periodically monitor product quality according to line specifications and certify the quality of produced goods. * Carry out job duties while strictly adhering to all organizational occupational safety, health, and environmental regulations, and consistently using all mandatory personal protective equipment (PPE) required for the position and department.
