Responsible for monitoring systems at the Integrated Operations Center, managing incidents in real time, and collaborating to optimize operational processes, ensuring service continuity.

* Operate the **Integrated Operations Center (COI)** to monitor systems and ensure service continuity.
* Use **real-time monitoring tools** to quickly identify and resolve incidents.
* Record and document incidents in the **incident management system** to maintain an updated history.
* Execute escalation procedures according to established protocols to mitigate impacts.
* Conduct preliminary failure analysis to support the technical team in resolution.
* Ensure compliance with **Service Level Agreements (SLAs)** when handling incidents.
* Collaborate with infrastructure and support teams to optimize operational processes.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of **COI** workflows through feedback and analysis.
* Participate in strategic meetings to align actions and strengthen operational security.
* Positively impact internal customers’ experience by ensuring rapid and effective responses.
