Job Summary: A professional to operate cranes and lifting equipment, ensuring safety, pre-operational inspection, and preventive maintenance during cargo handling operations. Key Highlights: 1. Work in compliance with safety standards and participate in training sessions. **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Rotating shift \- Flexible availability **Level:** Not specified **Employment Type:** Permanent \- CLT * Operate mobile, articulating, fixed cranes, Munck trucks, and lifting platforms according to scheduling and instructions received, adjusting controls, activating movements, and evaluating machine and equipment operating conditions. * Conduct pre-operational inspections and complete the daily checklist, verifying instrument panels, power sources, activation controls, and integrity of safety systems. * Analyze loads to be lifted, verify documentation, ensure operational limits are not exceeded, and use slings and accessories in perfect condition. * Execute cargo handling operations in accordance with rigging plans, strictly following the signalman/rigger’s instructions and complying with current safety regulations (NR-11, NR-12, NR-18, and NR-35). * Ensure proper packaging, securing, and protection of handled cargo by safely and efficiently performing load lashing. * Support maintenance and industrial process teams by transporting machinery, equipment, and supplies as per operational planning. * Immediately report any equipment failure, abnormal noise, or irregularity identified to the maintenance department, contributing to prevention of unplanned downtime and corrective maintenance. * Periodically clean, organize, and lubricate equipment per operational procedures, ensuring adherence to washing and preservation schedules. * Complete operational reports and other control documents required by operations. * Attend mandatory training sessions, Daily Safety Dialogues (DDS), and safety meetings to remain updated on best practices and legal requirements. * Perform job-related tasks while adhering to all safety, health, and environmental rules and procedures, correctly using PPE and reporting risks to one’s own or others’ physical integrity. * Comply with company values, policies, guidelines, and processes, safeguarding information confidentiality and achieving organizational goals. * Maintain discipline in the 5S program, promoting workplace organization, standardization, and cleanliness. * Safeguard company equipment and assets under one’s responsibility, immediately reporting any damage or issue identified. * Perform other related duties as requested by the immediate supervisor. **Requirements:** * Completed High School; * Driver's License: Category D \- Valid * Prior experience in this role * MANDATORY CRANE/CRANE TRUCK SAFETY AND OPERATION TRAINING Affirmative action position \- Available for Persons with Disabilities (PCD). * Work Location: Alto Da Gloria \- SinopMT **Benefits:** Galena (AI platform for professional development), Orienteme (health and wellness platform), Profit Sharing Program (PPR), Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, On-site meals, Transportation (round-trip route), Meal Voucher, Wellhub (corporate wellness platform)
