Join us and become part of a team that celebrates individuality and mutual respect. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and electronic failures in vehicles, trucks, or buses; * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on engines, transmission systems, brakes, suspension, and steering; * Dismantle, repair, and reassemble mechanical components; * Use diagnostic equipment and specialized tools to identify issues; * Conduct operational tests after service completion; * Complete service orders and technical reports detailing performed activities; * Ensure quality and safety of performed services; * Guide and support junior mechanics and assistants when necessary; * Maintain an organized workplace and follow company safety standards and procedures. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Proven experience as a mechanic, preferably with heavy vehicles (trucks or buses); * Knowledge of diesel engine diagnosis and maintenance; * Knowledge of embedded electronic systems; * Driver’s license category B (category C or D preferred); * Availability to work scheduled hours and respond to occasional emergency calls; * Ability to analyze and diagnose failures; * Organization and attention to detail; * Commitment to quality and safety; * Proactivity and responsibility; * Easy access to the SINOP/MT region. **Additional Information** **PEOPLE ARE OUR BUSINESS, AND THAT’S WHY WE VALUE OUR EMPLOYEES IN MULTIPLE WAYS!** We also offer the traditional benefits you already know.
