




We are looking for an HR Analyst to be responsible for carrying out activities related to people management, ensuring compliance with HR policies and processes. Your role will involve recruitment and selection, benefits administration, monitoring of legal compliance, internal communication, organizational climate management, and strategic support to company managers. Main Responsibilities: * Execute recruitment and selection processes, contributing to the hiring of professionals aligned with the culture and needs of Grupo Disnorte; * Conduct onboarding of new employees, ensuring clear and efficient integration, including presentation of organizational policies and practices; * Monitor employee probation periods, organizing records and supporting managers in final evaluations; * Control and update data regarding inclusion quotas, ensuring compliance with current legislation and promoting diversity; * Assist in planning and managing employee vacation schedules, aligning timelines and departmental needs; * Prepare and manage service contracts for freelance promoters, ensuring proper completion and document archiving; * Issue declarations and official letters for educational partnerships, supporting employees in their academic development; * Support the formalization and execution of offboarding processes, organizing documents and notifying relevant departments; * Produce internal announcements and organizational updates, contributing to clear and integrated communication across departments; * Complete and record disciplinary warnings, adhering to company guidelines and maintaining up-to-date documentation; * Support the organization of meetings and sessions with managers, communicating personnel changes, updates, and HR initiatives; * Monitor organizational climate indicators, organizing data and assisting in implementing improvement actions; * Support the updating and implementation of internal HR policies in line with the company's strategic directives; * Collaborate on training and development projects, organizing training sessions according to identified needs; * Monitor updates in labor legislation and ensure compliance with regulations applicable to HR routines.
