Join us and become part of a team that celebrates individuality and mutual respect. **Responsibilities and Duties** Perform mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and precision technology maintenance services on AGCO agricultural equipment, as well as assemble and test equipment upon completion of maintenance; Conduct complex failure diagnostics; Install, configure, and calibrate automatic steering systems and GPS systems; Interpret technical schematics; Maintain CVT transmissions; List required parts and tools, and deliver replaced parts to the customer after repair; Accurately record all work performed, downtime, and events in your daily report, and strictly follow all recommended (inspection and maintenance) procedures for your assigned work vehicle; Administer field service operations via the Dealer platform and prepare Tech Connect documentation for all warranty-related processes; Monitor customer portfolio; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Valid Category B driver’s license; * Flexibility regarding working hours and willingness to travel; * Experience in agricultural machinery maintenance; * Prior experience at an agricultural dealership is considered an advantage; * Technical certification in a related field is considered an advantage; **Additional Information** **PEOPLE ARE OUR BUSINESS—THAT’S WHY WE VALUE OUR TEAM MEMBERS IN MULTIPLE WAYS!** We offer the traditional benefits you already know—and go beyond them.
