




Job Summary: A professional responsible for leading and managing the cleaning team, planning activities, controlling quality and materials, and ensuring regulatory compliance and customer satisfaction. Material management and compliance with regulations Main Responsibilities: * **Team Management:** Lead, train, motivate, and evaluate the cleaning team, as well as manage work schedules and vacations. * **Planning and Organization:** Define activity schedules, assign tasks, and allocate resources (personnel, equipment, and supplies) according to demand. * **Quality Control:** Inspect areas to ensure cleaning and hygiene standards are met and verify the effectiveness of cleaning methods. * **Material Management:** Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, order new items as needed, and ensure staff have the necessary tools and materials to perform their duties. * **Regulatory Compliance:** Ensure the team adheres to health, safety, and best cleaning practice regulations. * **Customer Service:** Handle customer requests and complaints, maintaining clear and efficient communication with both the team and customers.
