Focus on safety, quality, and organization of the production environment PRODUCTION ASSISTANT – TIRE RETREADING Support tire retreading process stages, assisting with operational activities on the production line. Responsible for collaborating in tire preparation, handling, and finishing, in accordance with the company’s established standards for quality, safety, and productivity. **Main Responsibilities:** Assist in tire retreading process stages, such as initial inspection, buffing, skiving, repair, tread application, and finishing; Handle tires and materials according to instructions from operators and production supervisors; Support machine and equipment operation, always under supervision; Perform cleaning, organization, and maintenance of the production environment; Sort, identify, and move tires within the retreading unit; Strictly comply with safety, quality, and environmental regulations; Correctly use PPE provided by the company; Support visual quality control of retreaded tires. **Requirements:** Completed elementary education (high school education preferred); Industrial production or tire retreading experience is a plus; Availability for operational work and physical effort; Agility and attention to detail; Ability to work effectively in a team.
