Affirmative action position for PCD **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Rotating shift \| 44 hours per week **Level:** Not specified **Employment type:** Permanent – CLT * Lead departments responsible for safeguarding company assets by monitoring proper execution of preventive, control, and response actions against crimes and/or non-conformities, aiming to preserve the company's well-being; * Lead your team, guiding them in their activities and providing appropriate support to achieve defined objectives within your scope of responsibility; * Manage work schedules of professionals under your supervision, ensuring coverage of surveillance points in cases of absences, need for replacement, or urgent support; * Complete administrative records whenever necessary; * Manage the team following the company's human resource management standards, including experience and performance evaluations, disciplinary actions, and other related processes; * Organize and guide employee and customer evacuation in case of fire outbreaks, assisting the fire brigade in operating equipment; * Be responsible for the operation of the asset management and loss prevention department, completing checklists and implementing necessary preventive and corrective actions; * Assist in other department/store activities as needed and upon request from the supervisor. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education and updated security guard certification; * Solid experience in the security field; * Clear communication and strong interpersonal skills; * **AFFIRMATIVE ACTION POSITION \- AVAILABLE FOR PCD.** **Work location:** Downtown \- Sinop/MT **Benefits:** On-site meals, Health insurance, Performance bonuses, Life insurance, Meal allowance
