Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring the electrical safety and functionality of the construction site, performing installations, maintenance tasks, and supporting the team — always in compliance with quality standards and SSTMA (Safety, Health, Environment, and Occupational Medicine) procedures. Technical support and supervision for the construction team * Responsible for all electrical aspects of the construction site, ensuring they are operational and safe, and do not jeopardize workers' physical integrity; * Perform electrical installation activities in accordance with regulatory standards, quality procedures, and, especially, SSTMA requirements; * Assist the site supervisor in overseeing work teams to ensure each collaborator’s physical integrity, guaranteeing that all electrical-related activities comply with best practices prescribed by NR-10; * Ensure all stages of the construction process are carried out according to technical standards and Pacaembu Construtora’s procedures for power distribution networks, quality, and other applicable procedures; * Ensure all tasks are performed in accordance with health, safety, and environmental procedures, participating in and promoting Daily Safety Talks (DDS); * Inspect and maintain all electrical systems on-site, including field operations, administrative areas, dormitories, and dining facilities; * Perform maintenance on temporary site power grids and work fronts as per procedure; * Install and relocate temporary power grids and electrical panels; support electrical installations in residential units; assist foremen and site supervisors; * Support temporary power grid activities whenever requested, without waiving responsibility — immediately notify responsible personnel if any non-compliance is identified; * Perform activities ensuring quality, identifying methods and locations for installing quality control instruments.
