Would you like to join the company with the **most comprehensive agribusiness ecosystem in Brazil**? **Then grow with us!** \#join3tentos **Responsibilities and Duties** * Coordinate the commercial fertilizer operation (head office and branches in MT), including procurement, sales, campaigns, and market development; * Develop and integrate the annual/harvest sales plan aligned with revenue projections and budget; * Manage the end-to-end customer process—from order placement to delivery—ensuring logistical efficiency and customer satisfaction; * Coordinate fertilizer delivery logistics, defining routes and supporting load assembly with the operations team; * Monitor sales orders, margins, and commercial KPIs to support decision-making; * Design and implement scalable actions and campaigns to boost sales and deliver customer value; * Identify market opportunities, expansion potential, and customer retention strategies through strategic client visits; * Conduct competitive analysis and propose actions for competitive positioning; * Oversee fertilizer documentation and regulatory compliance across all units; * Support pricing strategies, budgeting, and financial control (payments/receivables), ensuring adherence to budget. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Engineering, Business Administration (with agribusiness experience), or related fields; * Proven experience in the fertilizer sector; * Postgraduate degree or MBA in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Finance, or related areas is a plus; * Willingness to work in the Sinop/MT region. **Additional Information** * Meal allowance or food voucher; * Dental plan; * Statewide Unimed health insurance plan; * Life insurance; * Annual Profit-Sharing Program (PPR); * Discount partnership program with educational institutions. *Please monitor your* ***e\-mail*** *(including spam/junk folder) and* ***phone number*** *on file—we will communicate next steps via these channels!* **Welcome to 3tentos!** We are a family-owned company in the **agribusiness** sector, built upon the **integrity, trust, and honesty** of the people who shaped this story.
