Responsibilities and Duties * Plan and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities for equipment and facilities. * Ensure proper execution of maintenance services, guaranteeing safety and operational quality. * Manage the maintenance team, promoting training and development of technical competencies. * Control departmental budget, optimizing costs and available resources to ensure operational efficiency. * Implement and monitor performance indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of maintenance activities. * Establish and maintain relationships with maintenance suppliers and service providers. * Develop and review maintenance procedures, ensuring compliance with technical standards and regulations. * Conduct analyses and diagnostics of failures and issues, proposing solutions and continuous process improvements. Requirements and Qualifications * Proven experience in managing maintenance teams. * Knowledge of maintenance management systems. * Skills in planning and executing maintenance projects. * Analytical ability to solve problems. * Strong communication and leadership skills. * Familiarity with safety and environmental regulations. * Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance. * Proficiency in management tools such as Excel and maintenance software. 2512200202551928905
