Opportunity to assist in organizing the checkout area and store. **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Rotating shift \| 44 hours per week **Level:** Not specified **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT * Provide support, guidance, and supervision at the checkout area to ensure customer service standards; * Perform cash register opening, change, and closing procedures, issuing reports and forwarding cash bags to Finance as per company procedure; * Process product cancellations, financial reference inquiries, and check releases as per company procedure; * Ensure adequate change is available for cashiers at register opening and throughout the shift to facilitate customer service; * Deliver customer service according to established standards, guiding and monitoring cashiers’ adherence; * Process merchandise releases and exchanges as per company procedure; * Train new checkout staff as needed and per company standards; * Verify orders (quotations) against merchandise for wholesale sales as per company procedure; * Assist in monitoring cashier and packer schedules, activities, entries, and exits as needed; * Assist coordination and organization of the checkout area and other store/department activities as needed and per leadership direction. **Requirements:** * Completed High School education; * Prior retail experience — checkout area preferred; * Friendliness, Communication skills, Customer/Quality focus, Flexibility/Adaptability; * **AFFIRMATIVE ACTION POSITION — AVAILABLE FOR PWDs.** **Work Location:** Sinop/MT **Benefits:** Free lunch at work, Health Insurance, Performance Bonus, Life Insurance, Meal Voucher
