Responsibilities and Duties • Deliver personalized service to brand customers; • Provide post-sales customer service; • Build and maintain a loyal customer base; • Manage and organize inventory, operate the system, process returns and exchanges; • Restock the store and replenish items when unavailable in their designated section; • Maintain organization, setup, and cleaning of the display window; • Participate in internal training programs on luxury handcrafted products to become a PANDORA product expert; • Follow company guidelines, adhering to all policies and procedures to uphold the international standards of our stores; Requirements and Qualifications • Completed high school education; • Experience in customer service and sales; • Clear and receptive communication skills; ability to work effectively in dynamic, ever-changing environments; • Availability to work on a 6x1 rotating schedule.
