Work Schedule Position classified as a position of trust, Exempt from work-hour control Flexible working hours, with availability for weekends, holidays, extended hours, and relocation to other cities as required by operational demand. Initial Remuneration Salary commensurate with the position, according to internal company policy and current legislation. Job Mission Ensure excellence in health care and unit performance by combining technical responsibility, efficient management, and a results-oriented focus. Act as a team leader and reference for good pharmaceutical practices, promoting the rational use of medicines, customer satisfaction, and achievement of commercial goals with ethics, quality, and humanization. Main Responsibilities Ensure correct dispensing of medicines in accordance with sanitary, ethical, and legal regulations. Provide pharmaceutical care, promoting the rational use of medicines and patient safety. Control and maintain updated regulatory documentation with ANVISA, CRF, and Health Surveillance agencies. Supervise recordkeeping and timely submission of transactions to the National System for Monitoring Controlled Products (SNGPC). Ensure compliance with and updating of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to the pharmaceutical area. Monitor product expiration date control, storage, traceability, losses, and deviations. Supervise receipt, verification, storage, preservation, and disposal of pharmaceutical products. Conduct technical training focused on good dispensing, storage, and service practices. Strategically position products with the nearest expiration dates and promote them ethically. Process online sales orders promptly and attentively. Offer ordering service for unavailable products. Perform mandatory inventory checks and participate in physical inventories for sales control. Implement and monitor compliance with sanitary regulations, occupational safety standards, and use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Provide humanized pharmaceutical care, advising on safe medicine use and potential adverse reactions. Participate in pharmacovigilance programs and adverse event reporting. Support the commercial area in customer service, health campaigns, promotional activities, and loyalty programs. Ensure proper functioning of computerized systems related to pharmaceutical management. Represent the pharmacy unit before regulatory agencies, technical audits, and Health Surveillance inspections. Audit unit financial records to ensure compliance with internal procedures, and perform financial recordkeeping when necessary. Act as a technical reference for the team, reinforcing ethics, responsibility, and excellence in health care delivery. Suggest alternative products, conduct telesales, and support post-sales service and customer retention. Maintain company assets, identifying maintenance needs and requesting repairs. Support management by reporting problems and irregularities related to the area of operation. Participate in trainings and meetings as convened by the company. Perform other related duties as directed by management. ✅ What We Expect From You (Job Requirements) Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy with active registration at the Regional Council of Pharmacy (CRF) Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a responsible pharmacist or in technical leadership roles within pharmacies. Experience as a manager or coordinator in pharmacy networks, with focus on operations, service, and unit performance (desirable).
