Job Mission Ensure excellence in healthcare delivery and unit performance by combining technical responsibility, efficient management, and results orientation. Act as a team leader and reference for best pharmacy practices, promoting rational drug use, customer satisfaction, and achievement of commercial goals with ethics, quality, and humanization. Main Responsibilities Ensure correct dispensing of medications in compliance with sanitary, ethical, and legal standards. Provide pharmaceutical care, promoting rational drug use and patient safety. Maintain and update regulatory documentation with ANVISA, CRF, and Health Surveillance authorities. Supervise accurate and timely recordkeeping and reporting of transactions to the National System for Monitoring Controlled Drugs (SNGPC). Ensure implementation and updating of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to pharmacy operations. Monitor product expiration control, storage, traceability, losses, and deviations. Supervise receipt, inspection, storage, preservation, and disposal of pharmaceutical products. Conduct technical training focused on best practices for dispensing, storage, and customer service. Strategically position products with imminent expiration dates and promote them ethically. Process online sales orders promptly and attentively. Offer an order-on-request service for unavailable products. Perform mandatory inventory counts and participate in physical inventories for sales control. Implement and monitor compliance with sanitary regulations, occupational safety standards, and personal protective equipment (PPE) usage. Deliver humanized pharmaceutical care, advising on safe medication use and potential adverse reactions. Participate in pharmacovigilance programs and report adverse events. Support the commercial area in customer service, health campaigns, promotional activities, and loyalty programs. Ensure proper functioning of information systems related to pharmacy management. Represent the pharmacy unit before regulatory agencies, technical audits, and Health Surveillance inspections. Audit the unit’s financial records to ensure compliance with internal procedures, and perform financial entries when necessary. Serve as a technical reference for the team, reinforcing ethics, responsibility, and excellence in healthcare delivery. Suggest alternative products, conduct telesales, and support post-sales and customer retention. Maintain fixed assets, identifying maintenance needs and requesting repairs. Support management by reporting problems and irregularities related to the area of operation. Participate in training sessions and meetings as scheduled by the company. Perform other related duties as directed by management. ✅ What We Expect From You (Job Requirements) Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy with active registration at the Regional Council of Pharmacy (CRF) Minimum 2 years of experience as a responsible pharmacist or in technical leadership roles within pharmacies. Experience as a manager or coordinator in pharmacy networks, with focus on operations, customer service, and unit performance (preferred).
