




Job Summary: Responsible for performing laboratory analyses, maintaining laboratory organization, supporting and training staff, and assisting the Senior Analyst, all while adhering to safety regulations and Good Practices. Key Highlights: 1. Perform laboratory analyses and maintain laboratory organization. 2. Support and train staff to ensure correct execution of methodologies. 3. Participate in internal and external audits. Responsible for performing laboratory analyses to ensure reliable results, maintaining proper laboratory operation, organization, and cleanliness, supporting the development and review of procedures, training area staff, and providing support during audits and Senior Analyst activities, in compliance with safety regulations and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) / Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). * Perform laboratory analyses and maintain laboratory organization and cleanliness; * Support and train area staff, ensuring correct methodology execution and compliance with safety regulations; * Develop, review, and update laboratory procedures; * Participate in internal and external audits; * Perform daily calibration and verification of equipment to ensure result reliability; * Critically evaluate obtained results, with direct interface with the production process; * Prioritize process analyses—especially fermentation—and identify and report anomalies; * Enter results into the management system; * Provide support to the Senior Laboratory Analyst as needed. Requirements / Technical Knowledge: * Technical or Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biotechnology, or related fields; * Knowledge of Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP); * Experience with quality management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 17025, or equivalents); * Proficiency in instrumental techniques such as HPLC, spectrophotometry, and ion chromatography; * Knowledge of applied statistics, method validation, and quality control
