Responsible for performing laboratory analyses ensuring reliable results, maintaining proper operation, organization and cleanliness of the laboratory, supporting the development and review of procedures, training area staff, and assisting in audits and Senior Analyst activities, complying with safety regulations and good practices (GMP/GLP). * Perform laboratory analyses and ensure laboratory organization and cleanliness; * Support and train area personnel, ensuring correct execution of methodologies and compliance with safety regulations; * Develop, review and update laboratory procedures; * Participate in internal and external audits; * Perform daily calibration and verification of equipment to ensure result reliability; * Critically evaluate obtained results, interfacing directly with the production process; * Prioritize process analyses, especially fermentation, identifying and reporting anomalies; * Enter results into the management system; * Provide support to Senior Laboratory Analyst activities when necessary. Requirements/Technical Knowledge: * Technician or Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biotechnology or related fields; * Knowledge of Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP); * Experience with quality management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 17025 or equivalent); * Proficiency in instrumental techniques such as HPLC, spectrophotometry and ion chromatography; * Knowledge of applied statistics, method validation and quality control
