We are seeking professionals who can join our team and contribute to fulfilling our purpose. **Position Details:** Preparation of drawings and projects for gas central stations and distribution networks. Provide technical support to the base installation area to address process deficiencies. Respond to CRM inquiries and complete service orders (OS). Analyze CRM data and prepare charts and presentations showing problem data and trends. Provide support and assistance to base installations/engineering, as well as commercial and customer service areas. Send, as needed, the preventive maintenance and NR13 planning schedule to bases for customers. Monitor service order execution for preventive maintenance, NR13, and tank inventory levels. Receive and close preventive maintenance incidents in the CRM. Update the database monthly. Create, update, and review installation area procedures. Analyze incidents for service order cancellations. Monitor incoming complaints. Provide support to bases using the Salesforce system.
