Job Summary: Manage strategic key accounts, ensuring end-to-end commercial processes, strengthening customer relationships, and delivering sustainable results, with a consultative and strategic focus. Identify business expansion opportunities Responsible for managing strategic key accounts (key accounts), ensuring end-to-end execution of the commercial process, strengthening customer relationships, and guaranteeing delivery of sustainable business results. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Manage national portfolio of key accounts, adopting a consultative and strategic approach; * Lead the entire commercial process—from prospecting, registration, negotiation, invoicing, to delivery follow-up; * Ensure adherence to agreed service-level timelines and commitments with customers; * Develop long-term relationships with strategic customers; * Identify business expansion opportunities and market share growth; * Work with a multi-species portfolio (beef, dairy, poultry, swine, aquaculture, and pet); * Monitor commercial performance indicators and propose improvements; * Collaborate synergistically with internal departments to ensure excellence in customer service. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy, Animal Science, or Veterinary Medicine; * Commercial experience, preferably in animal nutrition; * Experience serving key accounts; * Knowledge of commodities (soybean meal, grains, and co-products); * Willingness to travel and work nationwide; * Residency in or willingness to relocate to Sinop/MT.
