Perform routine inspections to diagnose the condition and operational status of mechanical equipment; Execute predictive maintenance plans according to equipment criticality levels established; Conduct vibration, temperature, and sensory analyses on industrial equipment; Prepare diagnostic and prognostic reports for equipment exhibiting vibration levels exceeding those recommended by ISO-10816-3 – 1998; Continuously improve the equipment database, ensuring timely registration of new equipment and maintaining data quality; Perform analysis routes according to the frequency defined by equipment criticality; Carry out tasks in accordance with work orders, checklists, and other activities generated by planning; Assist in the adjustment and calibration of all mechanical and pneumatic equipment, following each machine’s specifications and using appropriate instruments and tools; Assist in mechanical maintenance, repairs, and overhauls for: general-purpose pumps, speed reducers, conveyor belts, bearing and reducer assemblies, gland packings, machine alignment and leveling, bucket elevators, mills, and others—ensuring application of optimal mechanical adjustment techniques; Request spare parts for repairs based on prognostic and diagnostic reports; Assist in verifying and adjusting alignment, centering, and leveling of all equipment and accessories, identifying and reporting operational failures in production; Inspect bearing condition and replace them as necessary, in accordance with established standards; Lubricate all machines and equipment within the industrial sector, following a predefined lubrication plan aligned with departmental scheduling when required; Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area and with work materials; Record completed repairs and replaced parts for control purposes; Safeguard tools, precision equipment, and materials used; Make required entries in accordance with the preventive/predictive maintenance plan; Complete maintenance route checklists; Prepare monthly health reports for monitored assets; Perform job-related activities while fully complying with all organizational safety, health, and environmental regulations and procedures, and consistently wearing all mandatory personal protective equipment (PPE) required for the role and department.
