Job Summary: A professional responsible for operating concrete mixer trucks, delivering concrete, and assisting in various civil construction activities on construction sites. Key Highlights: 1. Vehicle maintenance and compliance with safety regulations. **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 44 hours per week **Level:** Not specified **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT * Plan daily activities according to production demand; * Conduct basic inspections of the concrete mixer truck’s operational condition; * Perform basic vehicle cleaning and maintenance; * Supervise the concrete loading process into the concrete mixer truck; * Drive the vehicle along roads, complying with traffic laws, to designated locations; * Isolate the vehicle’s perimeter to prevent unauthorized access; * Maneuver the truck to the loading point; * Prepare and operate tools required for concrete delivery; * Observe and assess site conditions before initiating concrete discharge; * Carry out concrete discharge in accordance with the operational plan; * Collect tools and signage after completion; * Assist in reinforcement work; * Assist in pulling, pouring concrete, reinforcing steel installation, screeding, and leveling, following construction specifications; * Unload and transport materials on construction sites; * Assist in cutting, shaping, and planing wood and other materials according to measurements; * Mix concrete as specified by the site supervisor and mason; * Prepare foundations, installation of precast elements, masonry, and related materials; * Comply with health, safety, and environmental requirements. * Assist in corrective maintenance of buildings, sidewalks, and similar structures; * Erect and dismantle scaffolds, ramps, etc., with attention to safety; * Smooth and level fresh concrete or other materials; * Assist in all site tasks; * Clean the construction site by removing debris and discarded materials; **Requirements:** * Valid driver’s license – Category C, D, or E; * Completion of a Machinery Operator course; * Relevant work experience; * Willingness to travel; **Work Location:** Industrial District – Sinop/MT **Benefits:** Meal allowance
