Ensures inventory integrity and service delivery. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Internal and external customer service; * Picking, checking, issuing invoices (NFs), and managing goods transfers; * Storing goods, recording invoices (NFs), attending to and receiving suppliers, handling return processes; * Providing customers with information regarding product warranties and casings; * Monitoring activities performed by other department colleagues; * Ensuring correct execution of departmental activities; **Requirements and Qualifications** **Basic Requirements:** Completed undergraduate degree, basic computer skills, intermediate-level Office proficiency. **Preferred Qualifications:** Prior experience in Logistics and related responsibilities. Completed undergraduate degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields.
