Perform legal advisory activities and processes within the concessioned stretch, analyzing, monitoring, and controlling compliance with the concession agreement and its annexes, with a focus on fulfilling contractual obligations by the involved departments. Study and interpret the concession agreement, as well as related documents and records, to safeguard the organization's interests and ensure legal security for institutional acts and decisions. Draft and review letters, official correspondence, and other formal communications requested, in accordance with applicable contractual, regulatory, and legal requirements. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitor and track compliance with the concession agreement and applicable regulatory norms (ANTT/ARTESP); * Analyze resolutions, deliberations, official letters, and regulatory instruments issued by the granting authority, assessing impacts and deadlines; * Track regulatory obligations, deadlines, deliverables, and contractual conditions; * Draft and review technical reports, regulatory notes, responses to official letters, and formal statements; * Support audits, inspections, and oversight activities conducted by the granting authority and control agencies; * Interface with internal departments (Engineering, Operations, Environment, Legal, SGI, and Finance) to consolidate information; * Monitor regulatory indicators and support regulatory risk management; * Maintain organized and up-to-date regulatory files, evidence, and records; * Support contractual review processes, economic\-financial rebalancing, and regulatory claims, where applicable. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Law; * Registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB); * Proficiency in MS Office; * Experience in infrastructure concessions, preferably highway-related. **Additional Information** * Must reside in Sinop\-MT; * Market-competitive salary; * Meal allowance; * Health insurance; * Totalpass; * Zenklub; * Construa Corporate University. **Via Brasil BR\-163 is the concessionaire responsible for the 1,009-kilometer stretch of BR\-163 highway between Sinop (MT) and the port of Miritituba (PA).** It is the first federal concession in Brazil's North Region, with a duration of 10 years.
