Job Summary: An Automotive Alignment Technician Assistant will be responsible for vehicle inspection, alignment, balancing, maintenance, and customer service. Key Highlights: 1. Customer service focused on resolving inquiries. **We are seeking an Automotive Alignment Technician Assistant for Sinop/MT.** **Reporting to the area manager, your responsibilities will include:** * Assisting with axle inspection and geometry; evaluating tire wear and balancing; Assisting with tire inspections focusing on wear; * Assisting in assessing the condition of control arm bushings, steering rod ends, and checking for excessive play in axle hubs; * Assisting with vehicle suspension/brake systems, 3D alignment and balancing; * Assisting with general greasing and lubrication, following a schedule or as requested; * Assisting with diagnostics on passenger vehicles, part replacement, suspension, steering, brakes, balancing, tire replacement, alignment, and camber adjustment; * Assisting with workplace organization, equipment and material maintenance, keeping the workplace organized and clean; * Complying with company safety regulations; * Communicating with the tire shop regarding tire replacements and mechanical issues, among other tasks: suspension, clutches, electronic fuel injection, cleaning/maintenance and repair of automotive air conditioning. * Requesting replacement parts and auxiliary materials required to perform services; * Performing other related duties as required by the department. **Requirements** * Completed high school education or currently enrolled in a Technical Program in Automotive Alignment; * Driver's license category B is a plus; * Prior experience in an auto center is desirable, as this role focuses on alignment—not engine mechanics; * Completion of a 3D alignment course is a plus; * Ability to work effectively in a team; * Good communication skills, organizational ability, and proactivity; * Must deliver excellent customer service, demonstrating willingness to assist customers with any inquiries.
