Job Summary: The Apprentice will participate in the food production process, operating equipment, monitoring production stages, and ensuring food quality and safety. Key Highlights: 1. Maintain organization and cleanliness according to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 07:30 to 11:30 \- 13:30 to 17:30 **Level:** Not Specified **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT **The Apprentice will participate in the food production process** * Operate production equipment using **food safety standards** to ensure food quality; * Monitor and control production process stages following procedures of the **food industry;** * Record operational data in control systems to ensure product traceability; * Conduct visual inspections and simple tests to identify potential production deviations; * Maintain organization and cleanliness of work areas in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (**GMP**). **Requirements:** * Completed High School or currently enrolled in the 3rd year of High School (evening classes); * Availability for morning and afternoon shifts (daily workload of 08 hours \- Monday to Friday); * Age range: 18 to 22 years; * Expected class start date: 03/17/2026\. **Work Location:** Chácaras Neighborhood \- Sinop/MT **Benefits:** Basic food basket, Meal allowance
