Coordinate the operational and administrative activities of the storage, distribution, and fleet team for small-sized dealerships or those in the implementation phase, following company guidelines and policies, ensuring effective task execution, proper resource coordination, and achievement of established goals and deadlines. Main responsibilities include, but are not limited to, those described below. * Coordinate daily activities of the storage, distribution, and fleet team, ensuring alignment with department objectives, providing support, guidance, and training to subordinates, promoting continuous development in task execution. * Develop work plans, defining priorities and deadlines for task delivery, monitoring progress of ongoing activities. * Analyze daily orders, verifying delivery capacity versus loading, registration errors, duplicate orders, out-of-route deliveries, and route availability. * Perform daily container counts, checking total quantities, those in transit, being collected, on consignment, full and empty in the warehouse, preventing losses. * Monitor reported product loss write-offs within the dealership, working with supervisors to track losses due to factory issues. * Coordinate the dealership's monthly inventory, organizing dates and performing system reconciliation, overseeing process execution. * Conduct technical and operational training for the team using the DPO Book training Lent. Monitor the delivery and warehouse supervisors' Lents. * Conduct the People Cycle, preparing employee development plans and providing developmental feedback. * Execute warehouse and distribution safety and quality checklists, conducting GSA (Warehouse Safety Checklist) and GSD (Distribution Safety Checklist) rounds to assess and verify safety conditions within the dealership. * Conduct NPS visits to customers who have expressed dissatisfaction with the company. * Monitor product availability within the dealership, working with the collection team to identify potential stockouts or excessively high quantities of slow-moving products at risk of expiration and/or loss. * Coordinate productivity compensation for the operational team, closing performance targets and bonuses together with supervisors. * Ensure that their own activities and those of their subordinates are performed in accordance with established policies, standards, and procedures. * Interact with other departments within the group companies to ensure achievement of corporate objectives and goals. * Perform other related professional duties inherent to the position as directed by immediate supervisor. 2511080202181856820
