We rely on the power of simplicity to connect people pursuing the same goal. **Grow with Vyas!** **Responsibilities and duties** Coordinate the operational and administrative activities of the warehousing, distribution, and fleet team for small-sized or newly implemented resellers, following company guidelines and policies, ensuring effective task execution, proper resource coordination, and achievement of established goals and deadlines. Main responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: * Coordinate daily activities of the warehousing, distribution, and fleet team, ensuring alignment with department objectives, providing support, guidance, and training to subordinates, promoting continuous development in task execution. * Develop work plans, defining priorities and deadlines for task delivery, monitoring progress of ongoing activities. * Analyze daily orders, verifying delivery capacity versus loading, registration errors, duplicate orders, out-of-route orders, and route availability. * Perform daily container counts, checking total quantities, those in transit, being collected, on consignment, full and empty in the warehouse, preventing losses. * Monitor invoiced product loss write-offs within the reseller, tracking with supervisors losses due to factory issues. * Coordinate the monthly inventory of the reseller, organizing dates and performing system reconciliation, overseeing the execution of the process. * Conduct technical and operational training for the team, using the DPO book training LENT. Monitor the LENT of delivery and warehouse supervisors. * Execute the People Cycle, preparing development plans for subordinates and providing developmental feedback. * Implement warehouse and distribution safety and quality standards, conducting GSA (Warehouse Safety Standard) and GSD (Distribution Safety Standard) rounds to assess and verify safety conditions within the reseller. * Conduct NPS visits to customers who have reported dissatisfaction with the company. * Monitor product availability within the reseller, working with the collection team to address product shortages or excessively high quantities of slow-moving products at risk of expiration and/or loss. * Coordinate productivity incentives for the operational team, closing performance targets and bonuses together with supervisors. * Ensure that your activities and those of your subordinates are performed in accordance with established policies, standards, and procedures. * Interact with other departments within the group companies to ensure achievement of company objectives and goals. * Perform other related and inherent professional tasks as directed and requested by the immediate supervisor. **Requirements and qualifications** * Completed Bachelor's degree; * Valid driver's license A/B; * 5 to 6 years of experience in the field; * Solid knowledge of methods, techniques, and work processes inherent to the area; * Proficiency in Office Suite; * Familiarity with project management methods and techniques; * Leadership and people management; * Assertive/effective communication; * Analytical vision and ability; * Flexibility (adaptability to change); * Results orientation (focus on results); * Interpersonal relationships; * Professional integrity and ethics; * Collaboration; * Safety culture; * Autonomy and proactivity. **Additional information** Benefits: * Meal allowance; * Health insurance; * Life insurance; * SESC MT partnership; * Emotional health and wellness program (CARE); * Friendly driver's license program; * Discounts with partners. **Who are we?** ***Our specialty is shortening distances***, bringing you one of the world's largest beverage brands, Ambev, through our **resellers**, **logistics partnerships**, and **franchised stores**.
