Join us and become part of a team that celebrates individuality and mutual respect. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and electronic failures in vehicles, trucks, or buses. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on engines, transmission systems, brakes, suspension, and steering. * Disassemble, repair, and reassemble mechanical components. * Use diagnostic equipment and specialized tools to identify issues. * Conduct operational tests after service completion. * Complete service orders and technical reports documenting performed activities. * Ensure quality and safety of all services delivered. * Guide and support junior mechanics and assistants when required. * Maintain an organized workplace and comply with company safety standards and procedures. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Proven experience as a mechanic, preferably with heavy vehicles (trucks or buses); * Knowledge of diesel engine diagnostics and maintenance; * Familiarity with embedded electronic systems; * Driver’s license category B (categories C or D preferred); * Availability to work scheduled hours and respond to occasional emergency calls; * Ability to analyze and diagnose failures; * Organizational skills and attention to detail; * Commitment to quality and safety; * Proactivity and accountability; * Teamwork and effective communication. **Additional Information** **PEOPLE ARE OUR BUSINESS—THAT’S WHY WE VALUE OUR TEAM MEMBERS IN MULTIPLE WAYS!** We offer the traditional benefits you already know—and go beyond them.
