Negotiate with suppliers, analyze the market, and optimize processes, ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory standards." * Develop procurement strategies to reduce costs and improve quality. * Manage the Senior ERP system for controlling requisitions, purchase orders, and approvals. * Execute purchases according to company needs, negotiating prices, delivery timelines, and commercial terms. * Negotiate strategic contracts and develop new suppliers. * Collaborate with internal departments to ensure adequate supply. * Advise managers with commercial information and analyses. * Ensure fiscal and regulatory compliance of all procurement activities. * Monitor inventory levels, forecast demand, and coordinate replenishment. * Track supplier performance and optimize costs and processes. * Monitor procurement department KPIs. **Requirements:** * Completed Bachelor's degree (Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields) **Specific Knowledge:** * Advanced Microsoft Office suite; * Power BI; * Procurement of MRO and basic raw materials; * Negotiation of long-term contracts.
