Job Summary: We are seeking a building maintenance professional to ensure the availability and reliability of storage areas and production units. Key Highlights: 1. Part of an innovative company and Great Place to Work **We are looking for someone to join our building maintenance team, responsible for increasing the availability and reliability of storage areas, production units, and general service areas by performing structural maintenance on buildings, ensuring operational continuity without environmental harm.** **Join us in making a difference!** **Responsibilities and Duties** **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Perform civil works and general construction, as well as assembly and disassembly of structures for recovery of riverbed boxes, aiming to preserve warehouses and production units. * Assist in and/or carry out civil improvement projects, targeting structural enhancements that improve preservation of warehouses and production units. * Conduct maintenance in general service areas, including restrooms, kitchens, and cafeterias, to ensure good structural conditions for employees and service providers. * Clean gutters to ensure appropriate conditions for product storage, as well as preservation of warehouses and production units. * Repair perimeter fences to ensure physical security of production units. * Perform maintenance on equipment from other group units, as requested by Management. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements and Qualifications:** Completed high school education. **Additional Information** We are Cibra, one of Brazil’s largest and most innovative fertilizer companies.
