Job Summary: The Planning Analyst develops, monitors, and analyzes plans, budgets, and performance indicators, supporting management in making strategic and operational decisions. Key Highlights: 1. Contributes to the company's continuous process improvement **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 07:30 to 17:30 (2-hour break) \| Saturday, from 07:30 to 11:30 **Level:** Not Specified **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT * The Planning Analyst is responsible for developing, monitoring, and analyzing plans, budgets, and performance indicators, supporting management in making strategic and operational decisions; * Manages and monitors deadlines, costs, and resources, performing data analysis, projections, and comparative studies, identifying deviations and proposing corrective actions; * Prepares managerial reports, consolidates information from different departments, and contributes to continuous process improvement, ensuring efficiency, organization, and alignment of activities with company objectives. **Requirements:** * Driver's License Category A/B; * Completed or currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Accounting, or related fields; * **Basic knowledge of:** Activity planning and control, Data and indicator analysis, Budgeting and cost control, Basic Excel and Microsoft Office suite proficiency, Understanding of organizational processes, and Organizational skills with attention to detail; * Willingness to travel. **Work Location:** Southern Industrial District \- Sinop/MT **Benefits:** Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Life Insurance, Meal Allowance
