Mediation of labor relations and conflict resolution Our client is a growing real estate company seeking an HR professional to join its team. **Responsibilities:** Support and guide recruitment and selection processes, evaluating and facilitating the onboarding of new employees. Receive and analyze employee administration data, monitoring absences, delays, leaves of absence, and time banks in coordination with department leaders. Manage benefit programs such as meal vouchers, education allowances, and transportation vouchers. Develop and implement professional training and development programs. Conduct, analyze, and, if necessary, apply performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees. Ensure compliance with labor laws and current regulations, including mandatory Normas Regulamentadoras (NRs), to ensure proper operation and safety for employees and service providers. Act as a mediator in labor relations matters and resolve internal conflicts. Verify whether system entries follow required metrics for accurate HR information management. Participate in developing and implementing people management policies aligned with company objectives. Promote organizational culture and disseminate the company’s values and mission. Monitor HR performance indicators and present reports on departmental performance. Plan, execute, and monitor the HR department’s budget. Promote and delegate the organization of internal events and endomarketing initiatives. Provide support to managers on people management-related issues. Implement talent retention strategies. Participate in internal and external audits related to the HR department. Monitor market trends and best practices in people management. **Requirements:** **Education:** Completed bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields. **Experience:** Prior experience in HR and Personnel Department is preferred. **Required Courses and Training:** Knowledge of labor legislation, recruitment and selection techniques, training and development, and personnel administration. **Specific Technical Skills Required for the Role:** Knowledge of labor legislation. Conflict management. Data analysis. Information technology in HR. **Software Used:** Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS). Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel.
