Join us and be part of a team that celebrates individuality and mutual respect. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and precision technology maintenance services on AGCO agricultural equipment, as well as assemble and test equipment upon completion of maintenance; * Conduct complex failure diagnostics; install, configure, and calibrate auto\-steer and GPS systems; * Interpret diagrams; * Maintain CVT transmissions; * List required parts and tools, and deliver replaced parts to the customer after repair; accurately record all work, stoppages, and events in your daily report, and follow all recommendations (inspections and maintenance) related to your work vehicle; * Administer field services via the Dealer system and prepare Tech Connect documentation for all warranty processes; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Driver's license category B; * Availability for flexible hours and travel; * Experience in agricultural machinery maintenance; * Prior experience at an agricultural dealership is considered advantageous; * Familiarity with AGCO manufacturer products; **Additional Information** **PEOPLE ARE OUR BUSINESS, AND THAT'S WHY WE VALUE OUR EMPLOYEES IN MULTIPLE WAYS!** We also offer the traditional benefits you already know.
