Collaborate on projects and process improvements **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 07:30 to 11:30 and from 13:30 to 17:30 **Level:** Not Informed **Employment Regime:** Tenured \- CLT labor code * Assist in the assembly and maintenance of electromechanical equipment; * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities on machines and tools; * Collaborate with the team in executing projects and process improvements; * Participate in training and development programs offered by the company; * Comply with the organization's established safety and quality standards; * Record and report daily activities in daily reports; * Assist in organizing the workplace and controlling materials. **Requirements:** * Completed high school or currently enrolled in the 3rd year of high school (night shift); * Age range: 18 to 22 years old; * Enroll in the Electromechanics course at SENAI/SINOP; * Contract duration: 02 years (2025/2027\). **Work Location:** Industrial District \- Sinop/MT **Benefits:** Education allowance, Health insurance, Profit-sharing program (PLR), Private pension plan, On-site meals, Meal voucher, Transportation voucher
