About the Position We are seeking an Administrative Analyst who is organized, proactive, and possesses strong leadership skills to manage and inspect accommodations across different cities in the state. This professional will conduct periodic visits to accommodations to ensure that infrastructure, cleanliness, meals, and overall conditions meet the company’s required standards. **Main Responsibilities:** Conduct on-site visits to accommodations across various cities in MT; Inspect conditions related to cleanliness, organization, and infrastructure; Monitor food service providers; Procure and oversee requirements such as mattresses, bed linens, and other necessary items; Prepare detailed visit reports for management; Follow up with and hold the administrative department accountable to resolve identified issues; Ensure compliance with all company standards and guidelines. **Required Competencies:** Strong communication skills and professional demeanor; Organizational ability and sense of responsibility; Firm and decisive profile, capable of follow-up and demand management; Willingness to travel frequently within the state; Field-based administrative experience is a plus; Experience similar to professionals involved in construction site reporting or farm operations will be considered a plus; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. **NOTE:** Mandatory: Willingness to travel throughout the entire state of Mato Grosso. **We Offer:** Competitive salary aligned with market standards; Travel allowances/daily allowances; Opportunity for professional growth; A dynamic and challenging work environment.
