At Magnum, you’ll have the opportunity to build your career within a team that values sustainable growth, encourages development, and is committed to excellence. **\#AMagnumÉShow** **Responsibilities and Duties** Arrange freight with transportation companies; Coordinate tire preparation and loading for delivery; Supervise and lead the warehouse staff team; Address potential operational issues and inventory-related matters; Ensure proper maintenance of the warehouse and equipment used for tire handling; Maintain accurate tire inventory records, conduct periodic stocktakes, and report any discrepancies to management; Continuously monitor tire inventory levels, ensuring data accuracy and appropriate product availability; Coordinate the receipt of new tires, verifying quantity, quality, and specifications to ensure compliance with standards; Ensure tires are stored correctly, following criteria designed to facilitate location and improve order fulfillment efficiency. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Christmas bonus; * Transportation allowance; * Health insurance; * Meal voucher; * Dental plan; * Corporate education. **Additional Information** * Completed high school education; * Willingness to work in a team environment; * Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset; * Possession of a Category B driver’s license is a plus; * Organizational ability and attention to detail; * Prior experience in warehouse or inventory activities is a plus.
