We base ourselves on the power of simplicity to connect people pursuing a common goal. **Grow with Vyas!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Manage all operational activities inherent to urban beverage distribution; * Ensure achievement of unit operational performance indicators (returns, waste, physical and financial vouchers, SAC/SAV, etc.); * Ensure achievement of team People indicators (absenteeism, turnover, net working hours, etc.); * Motivate, train, and develop leaders and operational teams; * Ensure compliance with legislation and maintenance of safe working conditions for the team; * Preserve customer relationships and relationships with the customer’s customers; * Provide operational conditions enabling team routine execution and results attainment; * Ensure market presence (customers’ customers), verifying service/delivery conditions and team performance; * Develop and ensure maintenance suppliers compatible with the company’s and its customers’ needs; * Perform Geste \& Management routines, as per People Cycle, Training and Development, Engagement, Safety, and other processes; * Carry out related tasks, responding to requests from superiors; * Safeguard company assets (vehicles, equipment, resources, and facilities); * Use company-provided uniforms and personal protective equipment correctly; * Commit to operational goals jointly defined with the customer, DPO, and Excellence Program; * Conduct the daily morning meeting for the delivery route team; * Monitor sales closing to initiate planning for the next day’s deliveries; * Conduct weekly routes, ensuring delivery quality, service level, team safety, and productivity; * Close the previous week and plan the upcoming week with Analysts, Assistants, and Associates; * Hold weekly meetings and attend Results Evaluation meetings; * Ensure information communication; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Valid driver’s license (minimum Category B); * Bachelor’s degree preferred; * Experience in product control, warehousing, and inventory management preferred; * Experience in team management; **Additional Information** * Meal Allowance; * Health Insurance; * Life Insurance; * Referral Program: Recommend a friend and earn bonuses; * CNH Amiga Program (for first-time licensing or category upgrade). **Who We Are?** ***Our specialty is bridging distances*** — we bring you one of the world’s largest beverage brands, Ambev, through our **resellers**, **logistics partnerships**, and **franchised stores**.
