Responsible for planning, executing, and evolving Inpasa's social impact strategy, connecting business, sustainability, and society, while supporting social projects.

Responsible for planning, executing, and evolving Inpasa's social impact strategy, with a focus on developing the territories where we operate, strategic alignment, strengthening community relations, and generating shared value—playing a strategic role in connecting business, sustainability, and society, and supporting the implementation of social projects aligned with Inpasa's sustainability agenda, materiality priorities, and institutional commitments.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
Monitor the portfolio of social projects aligned with Inpasa's Sustainability and Social Impact Strategy;
Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to measure social impact, assess results, and propose continuous improvements;
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments (Operations, Communications, HR, Legal, Finance), ensuring alignment, governance, and engagement in projects;
Manage and strengthen relationships with external stakeholders, including social organizations, suppliers, institutional partners, and local government entities;
Design, launch, and monitor Inpasa's Corporate Volunteering Program;
Support internal and external communication of social impact initiatives, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with Inpasa's institutional positioning;
Monitor trends, best practices, and innovations in corporate social responsibility, sustainability, and territorial development;
Apply and manage incentive laws (e.g., Elderly Fund, Sports Fund, among others), ensuring legal compliance, efficient resource allocation, and maximization of social impact;
Perform job duties in full compliance with all organizational safety, health, and environmental work standards, as well as consistently using all mandatory personal protective equipment (PPE) required for the position and department; promptly reporting any activity posing a risk to one’s own health or that of colleagues to the immediate supervisor;
Carry out duties in accordance with company values, policies, guidelines, procedures, and processes, always focusing on organizational goals and maintaining confidentiality and protection of company information;
Maintain discipline within the 5S program, aiming for safe work through organization, standardization, and cleanliness of the workplace;
Safeguard company property under one’s responsibility, immediately reporting any issues or damages detected to the immediate supervisor.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
Completed undergraduate degree;
Professional experience preferred.
